In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. SHIPPING POLICY

 

We offer White Glove Local Delivery for customers living in the DFW Metroplex.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Please Note: that there are restrictions on some products, and at this time we cannot ship to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note, that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item/s. Shipping costs if any are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item/s must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached with the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies, usually within 3-5 business days.

In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by email or phone. You may email our Orders Department at: frenshelsub@gmail.com, or by phone at: (972) 748-6883 for instructions on how to return the item/s. If the item/s are broken due to damage from the shipping agency, please do not discard the damaged or broken items, They must be taken to the shipping facility ex: USPS, and/or FedEx, UPS) for inspection, please let the facility know that you are returning a damaged and/or broken item/s and are requesting a receipt of the return.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all forms of credit & debit card payments, with the exception of checks.

No checks are allowed.
